This startup church in downtown Denver was meeting in a rented theater, and asked Ewers Architecture to provide a pro-bono design to remodel a century-old printing shop that has been vacant for two decades. We provided the schematic design and imagery for fundraising, but the church decided to purchase a different building that did not need renovation.
