LCH Anchor House - Broomfield, Colorado

Lutheran Church of Hope in Broomfield, Colorado desired to use some of their vacant land to provide housing for young adults as they age out of foster care. Ewers Architecture provided pro-bono design services for the schematic design and three-dimensional imagery used in their fundraising campaign. After fundraising, Ewers Architecture was hired to complete the construction documents, also working with Habitat for Humanity and Lutheran Family Services throughout the process. The facility opened in 2021 with a grand ribbon-cutting ceremony that included Governor Jared Polis.
