RENNAISSANCE SECONDARY SCHOOL
-
Students must circulate through the courtyard and experience the outside as they walk between spaces. Pairs of classrooms have large sliding doors that allow co-teaching when open and are white boards when closed, and four classrooms are clustered around a central “Crew Room” with glass overhead doors that open to allow the classes to expand into the Crew Room, for a truly open and flexible environment. A large Commons for gathering, eating, and performances plus a Gymnasium and interior and exterior climbing walls provide ample spaces for interaction and play.
